(UTAX GmbH ) hereby declare that this equipment (page printer),
model TA Triumph-Adler LP 4140 and LP 4151 are in compliance with the
essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 1999/5/EC.
Radio Tag Technology
In some countries the radio tag technology used in this equipment to
identify the toner container may be subject to authorization and the use of
this equipment may consequently be restricted.
