The table shows the properties of the FlowCell. The sensor itself must not be operated at more than 3
bar. Higher pressure will damage the sensor.
4.1 Installation with Retaining Ring
For installation in the flow cell, the sensor can be fitted with a retaining ring, slide ring and O-ring as shown in the left figure
below.
1.
To install the sensor in the fitting, unscrew the 1 "¼" screw connection of the flow cell.
2.
Remove the slide ring and O-ring from the FlowCell screw connection and attach to the sensor as shown in the figure
below.
3.
Before inserting the sensor into the flow cell, prepare the flow cell for commissioning according to chapter 3.1 and
ensure that the retaining ring, slide ring and O-ring are properly attached to the sensor as shown in the lower left figure.
4.
Slowly insert the sensor into the flow cell as shown in the figure on the right.

Carefully slide the previously unscrewed 1 ¼" screw connection over the sensor inserted in the fitting and screw tight,
otherwise leaks may occur!
6.
First open the sample water drain, then slowly open the sample water inlet. Avoid installations that create air bubbles
in the sample water.
