align with the flat areas of the notch of the fork.

The washers have a locking small projection (tooth) to fit in the notch of the fork. These
projections help to lock the axle in the fork to prevent rotation.

Tighten the nuts with a 17mm wrench to a torque of 45 Nm.

Use a plastic zip-tie to attach the motor cable to the left and back side of the fork.

Attaching the Motor Cable
The motor cable must be re-
attached to the front fork using 3
plastic zip-tie.
The cable must be inserted in the
spiral bracket, leaving a "slack"
(tummy) between the fork and the
bracket to allow the side-to-side
movement of the fork. The
connector must then be firmelly re-
connected to the bottom of the
controller box.
