EZ-Pilot System Installation

Step 5

For tractors with telescopic steering column,
install the supplied extension rod. Thread the
rod clockwise onto the existing shaft until it is
finger tight.

Reuse the original lock knob to rotate the
extension rod. Turn the rod counter-clockwise
to align the set screw with the flat face of the
existing shaft. Use a 3 mm L-shaped stubby hex
key to tighten the set screw.

Installing the Trimble steering wheel

Step 1

Non-telescopic steering columns only

For telescopic steering columns, skip this step.

Install the cap into the center of the Trimble
steering wheel. Use the provided #6 sheet
metal screws.
