NMEA Interface between GPS(-compass), Rate-Of-Turn
indicator, radar, AIS transponder and the PC
All this equipment transmits its data to the Tresco PC by means of the serial NMEA-
183 protocol, using the IEC 61162 standard.
Accepted GPS sentences:
GLL, GGA, RMC and VTG
Accepted GPS-compass sentences:
