If both the Firmware Update and Use Config File options are 
enabled, the Firmware Update command will take precedence and 
only the firmware file will be uploaded to the switch. 

The Config image file, which contains all configuration settings and 
was created by the switch is prefixed with the version number of the 
runtime software to help with file management.
