Severely Errored Seconds (SES), the number of seconds
of available time containing more than 64 errors.
Available time is the total length of the test minus
unavailable time.
Unavailable time is any period of 10 or more
consecutive seconds, when every second contained
more than 64 errors.
•
Degraded Minutes (DM), the available time in seconds
minus the Severely Errored Seconds are bundled
together as groups of 60 seconds. The groups of 60
seconds are then counted. The number of Degraded
Minutes is the total number of groups that contained
more than 4 errors
Choose
RESULTS
from the Main Menu. If no results are
stored,
Buffer Empty
is displayed.
Use the
SCROLL
key to step through the BERT results.
