A Warranty
3. The following repairs are not covered by the warranty and are at the client’s expense:
Malfunction after expiration of the warranty period
Malfunction due to operating errors on the part of the user (if the device is not operated as described in the
manual)
Malfunction caused by other devices
Modification of or damage to the device, that are not made or caused by the manufacturer
In particular the
warranty is null and void if the device is opened by someone else but distributors, repair shops or retailers who
are not authorized by TrekStor GmbH& Co. KG
.
Damage due to natural disasters (force majeure)
To request warranty service, please contact the TrekStor technical support. You will be asked for the serial number of your
TrekStor product and you will eventually have to provide a proof of purchase indicating that the warranty period has not expired.
Any product to be returned must be packed safely in the original packaging. Not prepaid letters, packets or parcels will
not
be
accepted.
