3.3.3 Windows 2000/XP

Partitioning and formatting is also possible under Windows 2000 and Windows XP without further
software.

Requirements:

Windows XP/Windows 2000 installed on your computer

You have to be logged in as a user with administrator rights

DataStation connected and switched on

Correct power supply. (for 2.5 inch hard-disks: use the

Y

-cable with both USB-A connectors

plugged in - see chapter 2.2.)
