***This step is only if you purchased a 5 or 5.8 Fort***. Line up Monkey Bar Overhead countersunk holes

with the holes below your 6 Hole Facia. Place a 3/4” Flatwasher over a 1/2” x 7” Carriage Bolt and then

insert thru the hole into the countersunk hole in the Monkey Bar Overhead. Place a 1/2” Washer, 1/2”

Lockwasher over the 1/2” x 7” Carriage Bolt end inside the Monkey Bar Overhead. Thread the 1/2” Hex

Nut on to the 1/2” x 7” Carriage Bolt. Repeat this process on the other side. Now tighten the 1/2” Hex

Nuts, put on the 1/2” Acorn Nut and lightly tighten. Do not over tighten. Place Left Gusset Bracket and

attach with 2 - 3/8” x 3 1/2” Hex Lag Screw with 3/8” Flatwashers on them. Repeat this process for the

Right Gusset Bracket on other side.

Remove the 1/2” x 7” Carriage Bolt and Hardware from the Corner Post. Then line up Monkey Bar Over

head countersunk holes with the holes in the Playcenter as seen above. Place a 1/2” Washer over the

1/2” x 9” Hex Bolt and then insert thru the Front Beam, then thru the Corner Post, and into the counter

sunk hole in the Monkey Bar Overhead. Place a 1/2” Washer, 1/2” Lockwasher over the 1/2” x 9” Hex

Bolt end inside the Monkey Bar Overhead. Thread the 1/2” Hex Nut on to the 1/2” x 9” Hex Bolt. Place

Right Gusset Bracket and attach with 2 - 3/8” x 3 1/2” Hex Lag Screw with 3/8” Flatwashers on them.

On the other side place a 3/4” Flatwasher over a 1/2” x 7” Carriage Bolt and then insert thru the hole into the countersunk hole in the Monkey Bar

Overhead. Place a 1/2” Washer, 1/2” Lockwasher over the 1/2” x 7” Carriage Bolt end inside the Monkey Bar Overhead. Thread the 1/2” Hex Nut

on to the 1/2” x 7” Carriage Bolt. Now tighten the 1/2” Hex Nuts, put on the 1/2” Acorn Nut and lightly tighten. Do not over tighten. Place Left Gus

set Bracket and attach with 2 - 3/8” x 3 1/2” Hex Lag Screw with 3/8” Flatwashers on them.
