This firepit must be installed in accordance with all local codes, if any.

This firepit must only be used outdoors in a well-ventilated area. It may not be used in a
building, garage, or other enclosed space.

Installation

Do not install in or on cars, trucks, recreational
vehicles or boats.

Install this firepit only on a hard, level, non-
combustible surface such as concrete, rock or
stone. Note that an asphalt or blacktop surface may
not be acceptable. Do not use on wooden decks.

Do not force parts together as this can cause
personal injury or damage the product.

Do not use this firepit until it is completely
assembled and all parts are securely fastened and
tightened.

If required in your area, do not use this firepit unless
spark guards are securely in place.

Condo/townhome dwellers: Check with your
management for requirements and fire codes for
using an outdoor firepit in your complex. If allowed,
use outside on the ground floor.

Do not use on or under balconies.

Contact your local building officials to obtain a
permit and information on any installation
restrictions or inspection requirements in your area.

Fuel

Use this outdoor firepit with dry, seasoned
cordwood, which will create less smoke and burn
hotter and more completely.

charcoal briquettes, lump charcoal, manufactured
logs, driftwood, trash, leaves, paper, cardboard,
plywood, or painted, stained or treated wood. When
using softwoods such as pine or cedar, be aware of
sparks.

Do not use gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, lighter
fluid, or alcohol to light or relight fires.

Do not overload the firepit. Do not add additional
wood until the fire burns down. NOTE: If any portion
of the bowl, lid, or spark guards of the firepit are
glowing red this indicates it is overloaded.
