on the upper part of the holders as shown in picture 09. If using the skewer support
(item 21), please remove the cooking grate and attach it on the grill bowl as shown in

Attach the holder (item 19) to the lid (item 20) using the M5 screw (item 15), a
metallic washer (item 12) and insulating washer (item 13), as shown in picture 11.
(The insulating washer must be between the bowl and the metallic washer).
