ADMIN USER HELP 

An admin user will be able to see all of the help topics in the system. 

1.

 

From the admin menu select the help button.

The full list of help topics will then appear. 
 

 

 

 

Users

 - Explains the difference between standard and admin users and the access they each have. 

A standard user does not have access to the admin menu or and reports. This user will only be able to 
remove and return keys.  

An admin user has access to all aspects of the Traka21 system, users, keys, admin menu and reports. 

 

 

 

Taking Keys

 - Will give you a pictorial overview on how to remove a key from the system.
