2. Installing adapter brackets
• To prevent scratching the screen, set a cloth on a fl at, level surface that will support
the weight of the display.
• Place the display on its screen, put the adapter brackets on the back of the display
and align them with the holes as shown in fi g. 2.1.
• Attach the adapter brackets to the back of the display, using the appropriate screws,
washers and spacers as shown in fi g. 2.2 and 2.3.
NOTE: For fl at back displays, go to step 2a. For bump-out or recessed back displays,
go to step 2-2.
