Upon receipt of the goods 

All packing material and contents should be checked for possible damage upon 
receipt. If the packing material, instrument or accessories are found to be 

damaged, the packing material should be kept in case a compensation claim is 
made against the forwarding agents.  
It  is  also  recommended  to  keep  the  packing  material  in  case  it  is  needed  to 
return the instrument at a later date. 
 

Check that all items on the packing list below are included. If not please
