Can you use one
basket at a time?
Yes, you can use one, two or all three tiers at once.
Can the steamer run
without water? No, the steamer should not be operated without any water in the
reservoir.
Can I steam frozen
vegetables?
Yes, frozen vegetables can be cooked using the steamer.
When cooking frozen meat or poultry, defrost before putting in
the steamer.
What is the capacity
of the steamer?
The 3 Tier Steamer has a capacity of 9.5 Litres.
Why is my food
taking too long to
steam?
You may have put the incorrect amount of water into the water
reservoir. Always ensure the water is past the minimum fill line.
Use the steaming guides included in this manual for reference.
Filling the water reservoir to the max level should give you
60 minutes of steaming time.
You may have overfilled the basket.
