Recommendations for solving the problem
1.
For stable operation of the Touchpad, check the power supply unit for compliance with the
IP20 or higher quality standard. Non-compliant power supplies may damage and / or disable
the touch screen. Before installing the power supply, make sure it is original without visible
damage and does not emit a burnt smell and meets the required standards.
