If the toilet is in a location you will not visit for a long time, drain the water.
(The water in the tank may become contaminated and cause skin irritation or other problems.)
(May cause freezing and damage to product.)
How to drain the water

Close the shutoff valve.
  The water supply stops.
CAUTION
Do not remove the water fi lter drain valve
while the shutoff valve is open.
(Otherwise, water may leak out)
Opening/closing
tool or
flat-head screwdriver.

Press [FULL FLUSH] on
the remote control.
(Drain water for fl ushing)

Drain the pipe.
(1) Extend the wand.
  Operate with the buttons on the back side of the remote control.
1. Press [MENU].
2. Use to select "CLEANING".
Press [ENTER].
3. Use to select "WAND CLEANING MODE ON/OFF".
Press [ENTER] to extend the wand.
 
Hold the wand in the extended position until no more water comes from around the wand.
Press [ENTER] again to retract the wand.
(Release the pressure from the water supply pipe.)
(2) Unplug the power plug.
(3) Remove the cover and water fi lter drain valve. (Page 33 Step

(4) After draining the water, mount the water fi lter drain valve.

Do not install the cover yet.

Long Periods of Disuse
