Step Procedure
6. Disconnect the following associated connectors (if used) in this order.
•
External charger connected to J7 (Figure 4–1, Item 4)
•
Battery Pack connected to J6 (Figure 4–1, Item 3)
•
Communication equipment connected to J2 (Figure 4–1, Item 1)
•
RTD connected to J9 (Figure 4–1, Item 17)
•
PCCU port connector to J4 (Figure 4–1, Item 6)
•
LCD Port connector J5 (Figure 4–1, Item 9)

Loosen
µ
FLO 2” mounting post clamps and rotate
µ
FLO a sufficient
distance to allow removal of IMV. Clearance of approximately 11” is
required for removal. After rotation, tighten clamps to hold
µ
FLO in place
before removing IMV.
8. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove eight mounting screws, washers and
lock washers securing IMV to
µ
FLO cabinet (see Figure 4–2 or 4–3, Item
9). Access mounting hardware from underside of
µ
FLO, being careful when
removing the final screws.
9. IMV will slide down through the access hole. Be cautious to not damage
the weather sealing gasket.
During reinstallation of IMV, weather sealing gasket must be reinstalled between the
IMV and bottom of
µ
FLO to keep out moisture and dust.
10. Insert top of the replacement IMV into the access hole. Using a Phillips
screwdriver, insert the eight mounting screws, washers and lock washers
securing IMV to
µ
FLO cabinet, and tighten.
11. Reinstall connectors, removed in Step 6, to their associated Board
mounted connectors in the following order.
•
LCD Connector J5 (Figure 4–1, Item 9)
•
PCCU Connector J4 (Figure 4–1, Item 6)
•
RTD J9 (Figure 4–1, Item 17)
•
Battery Pack J6 (Figure 4–1, Item 3)
•
Communications J3 (Figure 4–1, Item 1)
•
Charger Last J7 (Figure 4–1, Item 4)
12. If you desire to restore the Configuration Files follow the instructions found
in the PCCU32 Help Files.
Before placing IMV back into operation, the
µ
FLO MUST be calibrated. Refer to
Calibration Procedure; Chapter 3 for detailed procedures.
