9. Adjustments of the operating lever
Adjustment of neutral position:
1. Place the operating lever in the normal position.
2. Push the tiller handle to the lowest position.
3. Regulate the adjusting nut and screw on the linkage so
that, when the tiller handle is pumped, the forks neither
raise nor lower.
Adjustment of lifting position:
4. Place the operating lever in the lifting position.
5. Pump the tiller handle; the linkage is not operated,
the forks raise and tilt while the release valve remains
completely closed.
6. If the forks do not lift, regulate the adjusting nut and
screw until normal lift and action is obtained.
Adjustment of lowering position:
7. Pull the operating lever in the lowering position.
8. The linkage is operated, causing the discharge and
pressure valve to open completely, and the forks to
lower.
9. If the forks don’t lower, regulate the adjusting nut and
screw until a normal lowering action is attained.
7.3. Charging the battery
1. Battery discharge indicator
When the pallet truck is switched on using the power switch button, the battery charge
status is displayed:
• Green LED: battery power is 70% or higher
• Blue LED: battery power is between 30% and 70%
• Red LED: battery power is between 10% and 30%
• Red flashing LED: battery power is less than 10% and the
battery needs to be charged.
2. Low-voltage protection
This vehicle has a low-voltage protection function. When the battery voltage is less than
20%, the driving speed will be limited to 2,5 km/h. In this case, the battery needs to be
charged.
