When your child approaches (or is in) a specific area during a predefined
time period, a notification message is sent to your cell phone automatically.
You can also set your child's phone to notify you if your child leaves (or is
not in) a specific area.

What You Can Do with Area Message

You do not have to worry about

your child even when he/she is out

alone. The cell phone that he/she

carries automatically sends you a

message when he/she passes the

specified area on his/her usual way

back home from school, etc.

Example: An area message tells your child has just passed the area.

Area Message

・

Security Navi (Position Search and Area Message) services are available only
between au cell phones that are compatible with those services.

・

Before using Security Navi, you need to register the phone numbers in the phone
books on the Security Navi compatible cell phones.

・

Before using Security Navi, you need to agree to the terms of use for Security Navi
and set an EZ Navi password when you first start Security Navi.
* The terms of use also need to be agreed on the other cell phone.

・

If the cell phone is having difficulty receiving a GPS satellite signal, in an
underground shopping area, inside a building, or in the shadow of a building, the
position displayed may differ from the actual position.

・

If the cell phone obtains position information that differs from the actual position, the
area message may not be accurate.

・

Position Search is not available in such cases as when the cell phone you are
searching for is out of range, rejecting to be searched or operating some other
application; or when it is no longer compatible with Position Search because the
relevant application has been deleted, etc.

・

The screen images shown in this manual are only examples and may be different
from the actual display.

・

If the use of c-mail is suspended or EZapps Restrict is set, Security Navi is unavailable.

・

EZapps transmission is included in the free calling time provided by your service plan.
However, family c-mail and packet communications discount services do not apply.

・

A separate packet transmission charge is required to be paid for obtaining

positional information and displaying maps.
