4.5 Keyboard

The keyboard is not be reassembled.

NOTICE: because the keyboard is pasted to top case by double adhesive, if keyboard be
disassembled from top case, keyboard will deform and can not be used again.

The keyboard is been designed to can’t be reworked, it integrate with top case, for removing
top case procedure please refer to step of 4.16

Installing the keyboard

The following describes the procedure for installing the keyboard.

1.

Turn the keyboard upside down and place it on the palm rest as its face down, insert

keyboard FFC through the slot, paste keyboard on top case ,

2.

Turn the computer upside down, connect keyboard FFC to the connector on main board.
