System Overview

A typical RBC-RD1-PE installation would be in a hotel room or office. 

The remote sensor assembly should be located low down in the room, for example,
the same height as power sockets etc. Also the position of the sensor is important.
The recommended position is below the indoor unit or below the refrigerant pipe
work to the indoor unit. 

To ensure correct operation, the points (listed below) must be followed during
installation:

o The maximum height of the sensor from the floor should be 300mm.

o Adequate ventilation must be maintained around the sensor assembly. 

o The recommended minimum distance between the sensor assembly and other

objects in the room is 500mm.

o The detector must be mounted where air streams cannot influence the operation of

the detector.
