SETTING / USING THE PHONE

Remove the battery cover by sliding it down.

Plug the battery pack cord into its socket, observing
the correct polarity.

Place the battery pack . Then close the battery
compartment cover.

Place the handset on the base unit. You can place
the handset with the dialpad facing up or down.
IMPORTANT
Charge the battery pack for at least 12 to 16 hours.

Raise the antenna to vertical
position.

With the phone in the Standby mode, press and hold
FLASH
until you hear a
confirmation tone.

To set the dial mode for pulse dialing, press # .
Or to set the dial mode for tone dialing press

A confirmatin tone sounds to indicate the setting is complete.
Depending on your dialing system, set the mode as follows:

Handset Earpiece and Ringer Volume
To adjust the earpiece volume, press VOL/RING during a call.
And to adjust the ringer volume, press

during standby
mode.
Base Speaker Volume

Turning the Answering Machine ON/OFF

to turn the answering machine on or off.

Recording and Setting the Greeting Message
To record the greeting message:

To change the greeting message:
