6.2 Failure Diagnosis

Unified Controller nv series type1 light Communication Interface Module (CF622) Instruction Manual

(3) RS-485 terminal block

Check the cable connection for any abnormality. Check if the cable is connected properly, cable

connection is secure and there are no abnormalities in appearance.

Ventilation hole

Check the front panel and upper ventilation hole of the product for dust or dirt.

Clean for preventing that the ventilation hole is blocked by dust or dirt.

■

Indoor environment

Check if the temperature and humidity of the location where the product is located are within the

product specification range.

6.1.2 Periodical

inspection

To prevent accidents and be able to use the product safely for long-term operation, it is

recommended to perform periodical inspection every 6 months. For the periodical inspection,

”. Failing that, it may cause deterioration of

the characteristic or lifetime of CF622.

6.2 Failure Diagnosis

If the state display LED shows states except "normal display” or if RUN LED is turned off, take

measures according to the "Chapter 7 Troubleshooting".

Pre-check the following.



Check that voltage of the power is supplied normally.



Check that the connector and the cable are not damaged.



Check that each module of controller unit is installed securely.



Check that screwing of wiring cable is fixed securely.



Check that communication cables are connected securely.



Check that field equipment and devices in the control panel are normal.

6.3 Life-limited Parts

CF622 has no life-limited parts.
