Introduction
8) Install the TV in a horizontal, stable location.
Connect between two clips on the back of the TV
and a wall, pillar, etc., with a sturdy tie and clip of
supplied accessories (
-
pa g e 43).
• Use as short a tie as possi b le to ens u re the T V is
sta b le.
• If the T V is not installed sec u rely, it may lean or fall
over and ca u se an inj u ry.
• To prevent inj u ry, u se the excl u sive optional stand or
wall-hanging b racket to install this T V on the floor or
wall sec u rely in accordance with a q u alified
technician.
9) Precautions for movin g the TV
• When moving the T V , b e s u re to remove the pl u g
from the wall o u tlet and disconnect the aerial ca b le
and a u dio/video ca b les, any steady ties. Fire or
electric shock may res u lt if the power cord is
damaged.
• When carrying the T V , at least two people are
needed. Be s u re to carry it u pright.
• Never carry the T V with the screen facing u p or down.
10) Precautions for installin g on outdoor aerial
An o u tside aerial system sho u ld not b e located in the
vicinity of overhead power lines, or other electric light or
power circ
u its.
If the aerial falls down or drops, it may ca u se inj u ry or
electric shock.
Use
1) Never place hot objects or open flame sources,
such as li g hted candles or ni g htli g hts, on or close
to the TV.
High temperat u res can melt plastic and lead to fires.
2) The apparatus shall not be exposed to drippin g or
splashin g and that no objects filled with liquids,
such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
When liq u ids are spilled or small items are dropped
inside the T V , this may ca u se a fire or an electric shock.
If small o b jects drop inside the T V , t u rn off the T V and
remove the power pl u g from the o u tlet immediately and
contact a service technician.
3) Never insert objects (metal or paper) or pour water
inside the TV throu g h ventilation holes and other
openin g s.

4) Never stand or climb on the TV.
