12. Trouble-shooting

• Repairs may only be carried out by authorized Torqeedo Service Centers.

Owner‘s repair attempts immediately make the warranty claim void.

• In case of a warranty claim, please follow the warranty instructions at

the beginning of the instruction manual.

Plug in on/off-pin and/or

steering cable

Remove battery from shaft head

und wait till flashing stops. Then

press battery charge button

Charge battery

Unblock propeller

Contact Torqeedo Service

(for contact details:

see back cover)

Is the propeller unobstructed?

Is the propeller able to turn?

Is the battery charged?

When pressing the battery

charge key are LEDs on?

Does the battery have a

malfunction? All battery

LEDs flashing?

Are the on/off-pin and the

control cable connected?

Motor not running?

yes

Put tiller-control into stop

position. After waiting for

approx. 2 seconds, re-start from

the stop position
