2.7.1.1. Connections between the basic machine and the electric cabinet
The connection from the electric panel to the machine is done using XS2 – XS3 – XS4 – XS5 – XS19
connectors and direct connections. These connectinos are locked mechanically to avoid all
reversals during installation (see figure 5 ).

Card XP2: marker box XT1 4

Card XP3: marker box XT1 3

Card XP4: spindle motor fan, motor camshaft fan and brake.motor camshaft

Card XP5: tri-phase motor cooling, greasing, etc.

Card XP19: spindle motor
The following connections are made directly with connectors (
figure 5 ).


To do this, do as follows:

Pass the cables to the inside of the panel according to figure 5 , and grease the cable passage.

Plug in the cable plug "Spindle temperature reading" to the JY1 connector of the spindle amplifier
(AD30) (see figure 8 ).

Plug the cable plug "Camshaft tachy" to the connector ENC1 JF1 of the Power Mate (AR1)

Plug the cable plug "Camshaft encoder" to the connector SCALE1 JF21 of the Power Mate (AR1)

Note!
Before connecting these 3 cables to their socket, you need to clamp their plating to the screen
plug (see figure 8 ). Use the straps provide for this step.
Apart from plugging in the plugs mentioned above and the network connection (see
chapter 2.7.1.2. ), there is no other electrical connection to be made.
