4) A l’aide d’une lime « queue de rat » dégagez le polys-
tyrène obstruant le passage de la commande.
Using a needle fi le, clear off the polystyrene foam obs-
tructing the pushrod passage.
5) A l’aide d’une lime carrée, dégagez plus profondé-
ment le passage de la commande de volet, permettant
ainsi un débattement maximum en position «aérofreins
sortis». Il faut limer environ 5mm.
Using a square fi le, extend pushrod slot to allow maxi-
mum travel of the fl aps (landing fully extended posi-
tion). You must grind about 5mm.
6) A l’aide d’un foret de Ø3.5mm percer l’emplacement
du guignol B.
ATTENTION
de ne pas déboucher à l’intrados de
l’aile.
TRES IMPORTANT:
Notez la position et l’angle du
guignol lorsque le volet est au neutre. Le guignol est
implanté sur l’arête de la gouverne, avec un angle de
45° vers l’avant du modèle.
Using a Ø3.5mm bit, drill the location of the control-
horn B.
CAREFUL not lead to the underside of the wing.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Note the position and angle of
the horn when the fl ap is in neutral position. The horn
is located on the edge of the rudder, with an angle of
45° forward.
7) Coller le guignol en place en prenant garde à son
orientation (Epoxy 5 minutes). A noter la profondeur
d’implantation, seuls 2mm du fût lisse dépassent de la
gouverne. IMPORTANT: les guignols des deux volets
doivent être implantés de la manière la plus identique
possible a fi n d’obtenir des réglages symétriques de
leurs sorties.
Glue the control horn in place taking care orientation
(Epoxy 5-minute). Note the depth of implantation, only
2mm of smooth barrel protruding from the control top
surface.
IMPORTANT: the horns of the two fl aps must be im-
planted as identical as possible to obtain symmetrical
adjustments of their outputs.
