Inserting and Removing the Battery
•
First,
before
removing
the
battery,
always
turn
off
power
to
the
receiver.
If
the
battery
is
removed
while
the
power
is
switched
on,
uncontrolled
system
shutdown
will
occur
and
file
data
may
be
lost
as
a
result.
•
When
inserting
or
removing
the
battery,
make
sure
that
moisture,
dust,
or
other
foreign
particles
do
not
come
in
contact
with
the
inside
of
the
instrument.
•
Remove
batteries
from
the
surveying
instrument
or
charger
before
placing
into
storage.
