Dial-On-Demand
MB6000 can be configured to disconnect from Internet connection after a specified
period of inactivity (Max Idle Time). If the Internet connection has been terminated
due to inactivity, Dial on Demand enables MB6000 to automatically re-establish the
Internet connection as soon as you attempt to access the Internet again. Enter a
number in seconds you want your internet connection to last when there is no data
transmission.
Manual:
If you choose the Manual mode, the MB6000 will not make the internet
connection when you power up the MB6000.You must manually make the
Cellular connection using the client software which can be found in the CD or
through web configuration page.
Bridged with LAN:
When this type is selected, the MB6000 acts as a modem
between the cellular network and client device (PC or handheld or others) which
attached to the MB6000 by Wi-Fi or wired-Ethernet. By this mode, the MB6000
only supports one client device. The MB6000 will initiate the PCMCIA card after
boots up and be ready for the client device to dial up to the cellular network using
PPPoE.
