carefully remove and drain excess oil the drip pan as needed.

Always allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning. Always unplug the unit from
the power source before cleaning.

Simply wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth and some mild dish soap. After cleaning,
wipe down with a dry cloth to prevent streaking.
