OPERATION
You can use this appliance to quickly squeeze citrus fruit,
such as oranges, grapefruit and lemons. Because this
appliance is equipped with 2 pulp sieves, you yourself
can determine whether the juice should contain a lot of
pulp or just a little.
uSING FOR THE FIRST TIME
• Remove all packaging from the appliance.
• Clean the appliance, see 'Cleaning and
Maintenance'.
• Continue with the procedure in ‘Using the
appliance’.
uSING THE APPLIANCE
• Place the juice reservoir on the motor housing, with
the arrows under the spout pointing to each other.
• Place pulp sieve A on pulp sieve B.
• Place the pulp sieves on the juice reservoir, so that
the grey button is positioned on the handle of the
juice reservoir. By moving the grey button to the left
or right, you can control whether a lot of pulp or just
a little pulp enters the fresh juice.
• Click the small juicing cone into the hole in the pulp
sieve.
• For large citrus fruit, place the large juicing cone
over the small one. In this case, the two notches on
the bottom of the large cone should drop over the
wings on the small cone.
• Insert the plug into the mains power socket.
• Cut the citrus fruit in half.
• Push the fruit halves one by one on to the juicing
cone. The pressure on the juicing cone switches
on the motor. By releasing the pressure now and
then, you can change the direction of rotation of the
juicing cone. This results in even better squeezing of
the citrus fruit.
NOTE
• Do not use the citrus squeezer continuously for
longer than 3 minutes at a time. The citrus squeezer
must cool down for a few minutes after being used
for 3 minutes.
• Remove the plug from the mains socket when you
have finished squeezing or if the juice has reached
the ‘MAX’ mark on the juice level indicator.
• Pour the juice into a glass. Enjoy!
• Clean the appliance immediately after use.
