Instruction manual TM-1403
We congratulate you on the purchase of an appliance
from the TOMADO range.
Guarantee conditions
• TOMADO gives a 2 year guarantee on all defects that are the
result of hidden faults that make the appliance unsuitable for
normal use.
• The guarantee becomes valid from the moment of purchase;
please ensure that you keep the proof of purchase in a safe
place.
• Within the guarantee period any manufacturing and/ or
material faults will be rectified by us free of charge, either by
repair, replacement of parts or exchanging the appliance.
• The guarantee certificate should be completed by the
salesperson at the moment of purchase.
• Repair will only be carried out under guarantee if it can be
convincingly shown (by a completed guarantee card with
associated receipt) that the day on which the complaint was
made falls inside the guarantee period.
• The guarantee is void if the defect has been caused by damage
resulting from an accident, improper use, neglect (e.g. not
cleaning properly), or if maintenance or repairs are carried out
at somewhere other than the TOMADO service centre (except
disassembly, as described in the user manual).
• The guarantee is also not applicable in the case of connection
to the wrong supply voltage, not obeying the instructions for use
and normal wear of the appliance.
• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by not descaling
appliances in a timely fashion either, whatever water is used
(this is of course especially applicable for steam irons, coffee
machines and water heaters).
• TOMADO cannot be held responsible for material damage or
personal injuries as a result of connection contrary to locally
applicable safety regulations and technical standards (for
example, a faulty wall socket). Under no circumstances does
the guarantee give a right to compensation.
• All other claims, including damage, are excluded unless the law
specifies otherwise.
• Guarantee conditions other than those specified above will not
be accepted by us.

What to do if your appliance doesn’t work?
If your appliance shows signs of defect, you can go to
your retailer. Your retailer will ensure that these defects are
rectified as quickly as possible.
Repairs outside the guarantee period
Repairs outside the guarantee period are always possible.
There are of course charges connected to these.
