7. The scooter is now fully assembled but the bracket for the rear bag is way too high and will easily break.
Please lower the bracket until the bag is sitting on the rear deck. Thanks
NOTE: Handle bar and seat tube height adjustment. Handle
bar and seat tube height can be easily adjusted by
opening the quick release on the handle bar tube seat tube to preferred height, and firmly closing quick release.
(IMPORTANT: Before riding be sure to check that all pivot points, locking buttons, quick releases, and latches are
secured properly.)
CHARGING THE BATTERIES
Before riding the Electric Scooter for the first time you must charge the batteries for 4-6 hours using the supplied UL listed
smart charger. Depending on the type of charger, a green light will go from blinking to steady or if two lights will go from
two red lights to a green and red light indicating full charge or trickle charge
To charge the batteries, plug the
charger into the charger socket located on the right side of the body of the scooter.
Then plug the charger into a wall outlet.
The AC Charger output is regulated to charge the batteries and can vary up to 44 volts depending on the
amperage required for a charging cycle. The charger needs to set to charge a 36 volt DC battery pack. Use of
any other charger, other than the one provided with the scooter can be dangerous and should not be done
because this will void any warrantees and may cause a fire hazard.
The Electric Scooter is powered by three 12Volt, 7 Amp hour batteries as a minimum wired in series to
provide 36 volts of power. All batteries charge simultaneously. You should charge your scooter after each
ride. You must charge your Scooter if it has not been used for 30 days or more. Recharging time is between
4-6 hours for a complete charging cycle. The smart charger will cycle on and off as needed to maintain a full
charge.
The Power Key Switch Lock must be in the Off Position when the
Scooter is being Charged.
