3 Getting Started with PCEye Plus
3.1 System Requirements
For PCEye Plus we recommend the following minimum system requirements:

Computer and processor
2.0 gigahertz (GHz) or faster, Dual-Core processor (recom-

Memory (RAM) 4 gigabyte (GB) RAM (recommended minimum).
Hard Disk
450 megabytes (MB) available
USB USB 2.0
Operating System
● Windows 7 (64-bit)

Windows 8.1 (32-bit or 64-bit)
● Windows 10 (32-bit or 64-bit)
.NET version 4.5
Tobii Eye Tracking Core Software Version 2.8 or later
To be able to use the PCEye Plus one of the following Tobii Dynavox software must be installed:
● Tobii Dynavox Windows Control 2
● Tobii Dynavox Gaze Point

Mounting Magnets
Never force a connector into a port. If the connector and port do not join with reasonable ease, they probably do not
match. Make sure that the connector matches the port and that you have positioned the connector correctly in relation
to the port.
Be extra careful with the USB connectors.
