7.2 Windows 95 Audio Driver Installation
1. Insert the driver CD disc to the CD-ROM drive. The CD-ROM
autoruns and displays the selections available. Click on
VIA M/B Drivers
and the following window appears. Click
VIA 686A PCI Multimedia
Audio Driver .
2. The next screen will ask you to remove the Audio Device from the
Device Manager. If you have already removed the audio device, click
Yes
to continue the audio driver installation. (If you have not, click
No
and
exit the installation process and remove the audio device before installing
the audio drivers.)
3. To continue with the VIA PCI Audio Driver Installation, click Next to
agree with the license agreement.
4. When the Select Components window appears, click Next to install
the audio driver.
5. After the necessary files are copied, click
Finish
for the computer the
restart and changes to take effect.
