6. After the above adjustments have been made with the engine stopped, save the settings by
pressing the rotary dial and holding it for 2 seconds. The settings are saved successfully when the red bar
displayed at the top disappears.
Output Calibration Settings

Press the blue button to return the engine starting screen. Press the blue button to start the engine.
The GCM2 will enter a warm-up period of 60 seconds where no outputs can be used. When this finishes,
the outputs chosen in step 5 will be available for use.
8. Plug the output cable(s) into the appropriate load bank. The GCM2 is now ready to be calibrated.
Engage the output under calibration using one of the colored buttons corresponding to the desired output.
Refer to TLD 102-00570, GPU-4000 Performance Test, for the correct settings.
ACV Target Cts –
This adjustment sets the AC output voltage when there is no load on the unit.
Adjust it to give the correct No-Load AC Voltage as indicated on a calibrated AC Volt Meter.
Default = 3345
DCV Target Cts – This adjustment sets the DC output voltage when there is no load on the unit.
Adjust it to give the correct DC No-Load Voltage as indicated on a calibrated DC Volt Meter
Default = 2343
AC Line Drop –This adjustment sets the AC output voltage increase when the GPU is under load.
Default = 0006
DC Line Drop – This adjustment sets the DC output voltage increase when the GPU is under load.
Default = 9
CAL: Volts A, Volts B, Volts C –
This changes the AC voltage reading that the GCM2 indicates on the LCD for each phase. It should be
calibrated against a calibrated multimeter. This setting is pre-adjusted on each specific GCM2 at factory
calibration and should rarely need adjustment. Default = 125, 125, 125
CAL: Amps A, Amps B, Amps C – This changes the AC amps reading that the GCM2 indicates on the
LCD. It should be calibrated against a calibrated AC Amp meter. This setting is pre-adjusted on each
specific GCM2 at factory calibration and should rarely need adjustment. Default = 351, 343, 340
CAL: Watts – This changes the AC Watts that the GCM2 indicates on the LCD.
It should be calibrated against the load bank for correct power factor.
This will rarely need adjustment. Default = 13089
DC Amps Scale
– This changes the DC amps that the GCM2 indicates on the LCD.
It should be calibrated against an ammeter.
This will rarely need adjustment. Default = 193
DC-A Offset – This changes the zero point of the DC amps that the GCM2 sees and indicates on the LCD.
This will rarely need adjustment.
Default = 0
