The machines settings are made er:
• Desired drum load – If the drum load is
required to be read directly from the drum
measurement, and not the automatic level,
this is ticked. Measured fl ow Level in grey
middle box, and desired fl ow level in right
box.
• Low cutter feed – Sets how aggressively
the material will be fed against the drum.
With proper adjustment, equal spread is
achieved even if balls of diff erent density and
material structure are used.
1 - Low – the bottom belt moves slowly.
10 - Hight – the bottom belt moves fast
Drum pressure before ceiling operation
starts –
When starting up, the material moves
towards the drum and the material comes out.
When a given pressure against the drum is
achieved, the machine begins to move.
10 - Highest – major startup delay
• Max time before starting at low pressure -
the ceiling operation will start even if the
drum load is not reached.
• Photocell constant signal when the
machine is empty – The machine can be
set to be empty when the photocell has had
a constant signal for this time. Used with
round bale feeding when a lot of feed is
dispensed.
• Photocell pulses when the machine is
empty –
signals from photocell are counted in
number of pulses. If there are fewer pulses
than the value in the fi eld, the machine is
empty. Use when feeding with light feed.
