Warranty details

Warranty Details:

• Normal wear and tear due to usage.

• Silicone/PU Strap

• Damage caused by mishandling.

• Damages caused by the watch being opened anywhere other than an

Authorized Service Center.

• If there are any damages due to water entry, negligence, mishandling,

accidents, tampering or loss of components.

• Loss or damage of charging cable or cradle.

TraQ provides 1 year limited warranty against all manufacturing defects.

Warranty doesn’t cover the following;
