ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The assembly instruction will guide you to finish the final assembly of your new mower
easily.
TOOLS REQUIRED
•
Wrench with 36mm sleeve and 46mm sleeve.
TORQUE APPLICATION
•
Refer to bolt torque in Appendix.
ASSEMBLY
STEP 1: ADJUSTING OVERTURNING BRACKET WELDMENT ON MAIN BODY OF THE MOWER
1. Remove the packaging of main body of the mower and fittings.
2. Remove the oil inlet pipe and oil outlet pipe on the item-1 to release the
pressure in the cylinder.
3. That will make it easy to turn the item-2 90° clockwise.
4. Re-install the oil pipes after the item-2 is in position as shown in Figure 1-7.
