TO DISASSEMBLE
THE RECEIVER
:
❏
turn the velocity screw
in until it stops
❏
Remove 2
feeder neck bolts
=(5/
8”).
❏
Remove 5 receiver
screws
with a +head
screwdriver and
❏
lift the
left receiver half
off.

TO REMOVE INTERNAL PARTS FROM RIGHT RECEIVER HALF
:
❏
Lift Ball Latch
out of right receiver half (Note the ball latch position).
❏
Lift the Drive Pin
/ Spring
up to remove it from the receiver half
and back to remove it from the rear bolt
(These parts must be removed
before the bolt handle will release).
❏
Remove Buffer Washer
(Drive
Pin/Spring fits through buffer washer at reassembly).
❏
Pull bolt handle
out of rear bolt
.
❏
Lift Linkage Arm
out of front bolt
and rear bolt
.
❏
Slide Front Bolt
off of the Power Tube
and lift out Rear Bolt
/
(Rear Bolt Plug
not visible inside Rear Bolt).
❏
Check front/rear bolt o-
rings and if damaged, replace with new ones. Clean and oil the o-rings.
❏
Remove 2 square nuts
from right receiver half. (NOTE: At
reassembly, place 2 Square nuts
into position in right receiver half).
❏
To remove Valve
from power tube
: If it is necessary to remove
the valve
❏
use a wrench to slowly unscrew the gas line fitting. Once
the fitting is out, the valve will slide out the back of the power tube. NOTE:
Check the external valve o-ring and if damaged, replace with a new one.
(If the o-ring is damaged your marker will not function correctly.) Clean
all parts and oil the o-ring.

To Reinstall the valve
:
❏
Insert cleaned and oiled valve into power
tube
and align the holes of valve and power tube.
❏
Apply teflon
tape or paste to gas line
fitting threads, slowly screw it into valve
with wrench until snug (do not over tighten and strip threaded parts).
NOTE: If tank adapter is attached to gas line, adjust until tank adapter
aligns with bottom of Grip Frame.

DISASSEMBLY: (The Grip Frame must be removed
from the marker as outlined on page 14 to disassemble it).

To disassemble the Grip Frame
:

Remove 4 grip screws
holding the two grip frame halves together and carefully lift left half
off grip frame
.

Bolt = 5/8”
Screw = 1/2” +Head

TO REMOVE POWER TUBE
AND VALVE
: NOTE: Do not remove
the gas line
fitting unless it is leaking or you need to replace the valve. If
you should do so you will need some teflon paste or tape to reinstall it.

First, complete Marker Disassembly Instructions on pages 14-16.
❏
To remove the power tube
/valve, unscrew
the two valve lock bolts
from the back of the
right-side receiver. NOTE: when installing valve
lock bolts
: apply Red Loctite 271 sealant on
the bolts threads and do not over tighten and strip
threaded parts.
❏
1) To Replace the left grip frame half
: make sure that: (4 pins
;
trigger
; trigger spring (yellow)
; sear pin (black)
; sear
; sear
spring (black or blue)
; safety
; battery cover nut
; and 2 tank adapter
nuts
are in place in the right grip frame half
.
❏
2) Carefully place the
left Grip Frame half on so
it fits flush, then insert and
tighten the 4 grip screws
.
Grip Frame assembly is
complete.
NOTE: You will install the
trigger guard later as
instructed on page 21.
