Saving and Closing the Worksheet
The
Total
tab calculates the attendance data of the entire company in one
summary table and allows exporting it to the accountant for producing the
paycheck slips.

To close the month, select from the main menu:

Code
If changes are required for a contract or the name of an
employee, update the main worksheet.
Close All
Temporarily saves the worksheets, after performing manual
updates. These updates are saved when the next data file is
downloaded.
Print All
Sheets
Print the employees’ reports for review and comments. This
action prints all the data sheets of the employees represented in
the tabs in the lower bar.
