1. INTRODUCTION
Prior to use of our products you should
inspect the equipment for any defects
which may have occurred during trans-
portation. If this happens, please con-

which include important user informa-
tion.

2. PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION
The anti-decubitus strip mattress with
pump, 3 cycles mode is a set which
includes an alternating pressure mat-
tress and a compressor (air pump).
The mattress is made of durable PVC
with nylon in the form of transversal
air cells; the mattress is alternately in-
flated in cycles by the compressor (air
pump). By cyclically changing support
points of the person lying in bed, this
set minimizes pressure on the parts
of the body which are the most at risk
from bedsores and makes it possible to
avoid or reduce skin damage. In addi-
tion, the mattress provides ventilation
through laser-generated micro-open-
ings 0.2 mm in diameter, which ven-
tilate, dry and prevent bedsores. The
mattress also has a vapour-permeable
cover for protection which facilitates
moisture removal, in particular in per-
sons with hyperhidrosis. The PVC used
in the mattress is made of a non-toxic
and hypoallergenic material.
The set includes:
• SOFT WIND V alternating pres-
sure pump,
• Chamber (tube) mattress,
• Mattress cover,
• Spare chamber,
• Air hoses.
3. INDICATIONS
Tanti-decubitus strip mattresses with
pump, 3 cycles mode
are aids for
people at risk of bedsores. They are
used for people who are bedridden
for an extended period in whom pe-
ripheral circulatory system disorders
occur, and also for individuals with
signs of subcutaneous or open skin
damage caused by long-term pres-
sure. These mattresses are used to
prevent bedsores and treat stage I
(according to NPUAP / EPUAP)
