Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
All of the bulbs are not working.
□
Check that the string lights are plugged into 120V power outlet.
□
Check that the power outlet is working properly.
□
Check that all switches or timers controlling the outlet are ‘ON’.
□
If connected to a GFCI-protected power outlet, reset the GFCI
breaker.
□
Unplug the string lights and tighten the bulbs that are not working.
□
If lights are also not working, unplug the string lights and replace
the 5A fuse.
One or more LED bulbs are out.
□
Unplug the string lights.
□
Try screwing the bulb tighter.
□
If the bulb still does not illuminate replace with one of the spare
bulbs.
□
Unplug the string lights and replace the non-working bulbs.

Solution
Mosquito repellency appears to
decrease.
□
Check that all green switch lights are ‘ON’.
□
Check the fluid level indicators in the repellent pods. If the green
fluid level balls are at or near the bottom of the repellent pods,
unplug the string lights and replace the empty pods. Allow 15
minutes to re-establish protection.
