Restore Screen
Restore Screen affects how TigerSPC powers up. When Restore Screen is turned on, TigerSPC will
display the last position on the screen. When turned off, TigerSPC will need to be re-calibrated after
power up.

TigerSPC will need to be re-calibrated on power up.
4 Second Off Delay
Sets a 4 second delay before TigerSPC will power off. This requires the user to hold the power button
until the screen countdown is complete to power off.
