When in trouble
What has happened
Cause
A thin film is produced.
The film-like wafer paper is made of starch that has melted and dried, so it does no
harm to our bodies.
Rice gets stuck on the inner pan.
Soft rice and sticky rice may easily get stuck on.
What you check
The amount of rice or
water was wrong.
Burned rice or something is stuck on the
outside of the inner pan, heater plate, or
center sensor.
Did not loosen rice
enough.
