Remove the nyloc nut/washer/lock washer from the top cap assembly, place the eye end over the bolt, replace the washer/lock
washer and tighten the nyloc nut as shown right.

Step #6
Feed the cable end through the pulley at the top, and
back down the front side of the track section to the
back of the carriage assembly.
Feed the cable end through the pulley on back of
solar/plywood carriage. Return the cable end to the
top cap.
