(12) Remove liner thermostat (490) by removing flatwasher (495) and nut (500).

Clean thermal grease from parts.

(13) Remove magnetic sensor (505) by removing two each of screw (510),

flatwasher (515) and nut (520).

SUBTASK 25-30-51-00-007-A01

Component Tray Disassembly (IPL, Figure 10002)

(1) Remove transformer (5) by removing flatwasher (10) and nut (15).

(2) Remove relay (20) from relay socket (25) by removing locknut (p/o 25).

(3) Remove capacitor (30) by removing locknuts (35).

(4) Remove capacitor clip (40).

(5) Cut tywrap (65). Disconnect HV diode (45). Note position. Remove diode

support (50) by removing screw (55) and locknut (60).

(6) Remove transformer (70). Disconnect wires. Disconnect faston terminal

(75).

(7) Remove two flathead screws (90), flatwashers (95) and locknuts (100). Note

position of wire clamp (105). Remove screw (110) and flatwasher (115).
Remove flatwasher (120) and locknut (125). Remove screw (130),
flatwasher (135) and locknut (140).

(8) Remove transformer/relay bracket (145) from the component tray (150) by

removing screws (155), flatwashers (160) and locknut (165).

(9) Remove four flatwashers (170) and locknuts (175).

(10) Remove shroud (180) from fan by removing two screws (185), flatwashers

(190) and locknuts (195).

(11) Remove fan (200) and cordset plug (205) by removing four screws (210),

flatwashers (215) and locknuts (220).
