6 Assembling the bed
The bed must be assembled, used and dismantled only by well-trained, expert personnel. Look at figure 1
and follow these instructions.
Once the bed has been assembled, follow the checking instructions described in chapter 8.
6.1
Assembling the bed
There are several ways to assemble the bed depending the experience of the assembling person, the
ground and the necessary amount of physical strength. The following method is the easiest way considering
the physical strength.
Pay attention while assembling, that you treat the bed parts carefully. Place them carefully on the floor, to
avoid damaging the drives.
A. Place the head part of the bed against a wall and block the two castors by applying the brakes.
B. Stick the bed base of the head end and the head part together.
C. Ensure that the butterfly screws are fastened tight.
D. Position the foot part of the bed against a wall and block the two castors by applying the brakes.
E. Stick the bed base of the foot end and the foot part together.
F. Ensure that the butterfly screws are fastened tight

G. Release the brakes and push the foot and the head parts of the bed together.
H. Push both parts completely together and tighten firmly the butterfly bolts.
